It takes a lot of people to make our events run smoothly. We offer early shopping as an incentive for those who help with the items listed below. The incentive for referrals is a higher percentage of your sales! If you would like to take advantage of one of the incentives listed here contact me at karen@rhealana.com. We can discuss the options and see what will work best for you with your schedule. Some incentives are time sensitive so contact me as soon as possible! We will have a MARKETING PICK-UP day so it will be convenient for you to pick up our marketing materials. We will announce this date and location on our Facebook page and through our mailing list.

Check-in and set up

Come help us on set up day. Unload equipment and set up tables and racks. Decorate store and a host of other activities. Help check in consignors and get to see what is being brought into the store! Call me and we will give you a time. Thanks for helping!

You can sign up to bring drinks and food for all the wonderful volunteers that make this sale a success! See specifics on volunteer page for times to sign up!

Brochure and Poster Distribution -

We are looking for those of you who will help spread the word about Rhea Lana's in your community by distributing brochures to our target market- families with children. Possible places for brochure and poster distribution include preschools, day cares, dance studios, doctors offices and more. This is one of the most important keys to our success! The more people who know about our sale the more great items we have to sell and the more people will come to buy your things! Set up and break down: MEN

We need dads who will help with the set-up and the breakdown of our event equipment. We will unload (and reload) racks, tables and fixtures. When dads work, the wives love it because they get to shop early!

Break Down and Sort/Payday!

We need volunteers to help sort all the unsold items to get them returned to the consignors. If you help on sort day, as a consignor you don't pay the consignor fee! Also, volunteers to help hand out paychecks. and last but not least to help clean-up!

Referrals -

Your word is our best advertisement and it can make you more money on what you sell! If you refer 3 people to our sale and they consign we will pay you 75% of your overall sales. If you refer 5 people to our sale and they consign we will pay you 80% of your overall sales. You get more money and you get to choose from more clothes at the sale. To benefit from this referrals incentive e-mail me when they register and give me your name.

Work During the Sale

We need lots of help keeping things tidy and helping shoppers with their purchases. Come help us greet shoppers at the door and at the checkout line.

Option 1 - Web Partnership

Our website is viewed by thousands of customers from all over the Greater Houston area. We will place your business logo and hyperlink on our website for 6 months. Let us bring new customers to you! Four Worker Passes to our Private Pre-Sale Event will be provided. Investment - $50 per event

Option 2 - Customer Appreciation Goody Bags

We distribute Goody Bags to our first 200 consignors and shoppers who attend our event. Simply provide us with 200 coupons or promotional items to be included in this direct marketing tool. We have the perfect target market for you and we would love to bring new customers to your business or organization. If you are a food vendor, you can provide lunch or dinner for 6 volunteers and you get your promotional items included at no cost! Four Guests Passes to our Private Pre-Sale Event will be provided. Investment - $25 per event

Option 3 - Vendor Booth in Gallery of Friends

Beginning at our Half-Price Private Pre-sale Vendors are displayed in a high traffic, prominent location during the last half of our event. Vendors receive all proceeds from the sale of their products. This is a great way to add to your mailing list and increase exposure to your business since we share the same customers! Set up is during the transition time between the last day of the Full price sale and our Half Price presale. Four Guests Passes to our Private Pre-Sale Event will be provided. 2 door prizes are to be given away Investment - $75 per event It is solely the discretion of the booth owner as to the hours of operation within the event time frame. We are not responsible for any property located at each booth and we will not accept money for goods sold at each booth. To secure your booth, contact Karen@rhealana.com to receive a vendor agreement. Mail Agreement and NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT TO Rhea Lanas of Richmond-Rosenberg, mailing address is 1303 Quarterpath Ct Richmond, Texas 77406. Booths are assigned on a first come, first served basis.

Option 4 - Platinum Sponsorship Package

- Business Logo on Rhea Lana Print Material - Banner Display (provided by your company) - Customer appreciation Goody bags - Website link to your companys homepage - Five Worker Passes to our Private Pre-Sale Event will be provided. Business supplies coupons or promotional items for goody bags, 2 door prize give aways valued at $20 or more, business logo for print materials. Estimated Value - $400 Investment - $200 per event

Option 5 - Corporate Sponsorship Packages

- Inclusion/Mention in electronic Media Advertising as Corporate Sponsor - Exclusivity - Business Logo on Rhea Lanas of Richmond/Rosenberg Print material (not available less than 4 weeks from sale dates) - Prominent Vendor Booth Space - Banner Display (provided by your company) - Inclusion in Customer Appreciation Goody Bags - Website link to your home page - Six Worker Passes to our Private Pre-Sale Event will be provided. Business supplies coupons or promotional items for goody bags, 2 door prize give aways valued at $20 or more, business logo for print materials and booth materials. We will provide 1 table and 2 chairs. Estimated value - $800 Investment - $400 per event

Option 6 - Be the go to place for shoppers to pick up guest passes.

We highlight your place of business on the website, email blast and on Facebook announcing the place to get your PreSale pass. This option is FREE! Just let me know if you are interested by email or call 281-380-4164!
